Our stated mission is "to serve the membership and to promote the use of Portland cement concrete in the construction and rehabilitation of streets, parking lots, residential homes, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, highways, airports, ports, levees and other construction related uses throughout Louisiana, by providing the public with a quality product that is safe, cost effective and environmentally sound.
LCA works to safeguard the interests of our members in the ready mix, aggregate, cement, concrete pipe, precast/prestress, concrete paving and admixture industries as well as disseminate information on new technologies, techniques and materials available to the concrete industry.
