REGISTRATION: Everyone must register to participate at the convention. Full registration fees include the Hospitality Suite on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, Educational Sessions on Monday morning, Family Fun Fest/Beach activities and Volleyball Tournament on Monday afternoon, the Corn Hole Tournament on the beach Tuesday afternoon, and the Banquet & Bingo Night on Tuesday evening. The Educational sessions on Monday morning are for members only. Please indicate the number of adults and children attending the events as requested on the registration form so appropriate arrangements can be made. The Deep Sea Fishing Trip, Snorkeling/Shelling Excursion and Golf Tournament on Tuesday will be additional fees. Deadline to register for the convention is June 8, 2022.
CANCELLATIONS: There will be a $50.00 administrative fee for all registration cancellations. Cancellations must be made by June 10, 2022 to receive a refund, after that date all fees are forfeited.
EXHIBITORS: Member companies are welcome to exhibit their products, services and latest technologies on Monday morning, June 20th. The table top exhibit will be a 6 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs. The cost is $150. Set up time will be at 7:30 am with exhibits opening at 8:00 am during breakfast. The Technical Sessions are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Exhibit breakdown will immediately follow the sessions.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES & BENEFITS: Sponsorship for the CAAL/ARMCA Convention allows you the opportunity to get your company’s name in front of industry leaders and decision makers. Sponsor benefits are convention sign, recognition in the Program, recognition at convention event, logo displayed on Sponsor page on the website and recognition in the Newsletter. HOSPITALITY SUITE - SUNDAY, MONDAY & TUESDAY, JUNE 19-21 The Hospitality Suite will be located in a poolside room and will be open on Sunday, June 19th from 1:00 to 5:00pm, Monday, June 20th from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Tuesday, June 21st from 10:00am to 5:00pm. We will provide snacks, water, soft drinks, and beer throughout the convention. Please note that the Florida drinking age is 21. Sandwiches will be provided for lunch on Monday and Tuesday on a first come first served basis.
BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA SETS - SUNDAY, MONDAY & TUESDAY, JUNE 19-21 We will have several sets of beach chairs reserved and available for CAAL & ARMCA members and their families on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday during the convention. First come, first served. Please be kind and share the chairs!
WELCOME RECEPTION - SUNDAY, JUNE 19 The Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00pm on the deck by the Spa Tower pool. Come and enjoy some great food and cocktails while visiting with your friends and colleagues. In case of rain, the event will be moved inside.
FAMILY SAND CRAB HUNT - SUNDAY, JUNE 19 Come meet us immediately after the Welcome Reception on the patio of our Hospitality Suite then we will head down to the beach. We will have nets and buckets available. Be sure to bring your own light.
EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS - MONDAY, JUNE 20 The Educational Sessions on Monday morning, from 8:00am to 12:00pm are for CAAL and ARMCA members only and will include industry presentations by DOTD and industry leaders.
FAMILY FUN FEST ON THE BEACH - MONDAY, JUNE 20 Grab the kiddos and come join us on the beach on Monday afternoon at 2:00pm for some fun in the sun!. We will have a sand castle building contest and other fun beach activities. We will provide cold drinks for everyone! All participants will receive a ticket for a free scoop of ice cream from Picnix.
BEACH VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT - MONDAY, JUNE 20 Get a team together and get your game ready for some fun and friendly competition!! The beach volleyball tournament is on Monday afternoon starting at 3:30 pm. Be sure to mark this on your registration form if you want to play so we can plan accordingly.

DEEP SEA FISHING TRIP - TUESDAY, JUNE 21 (6:00AM -12:00PM) Subject to change We are working to put together an off shore fishing trip. We will have more details soon. We are estimating the cost to be about $325 per person. You will be responsible for your own transportation from the hotel to the marina.
SNORKELING/SHELLING EXCURSION - TUESDAY, JUNE 21 (8:00AM -12:00PM) Join us for a three (3) hour 2-stop snorkeling excursion on a Coast Guard approved pontoon boat along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. You will be responsible for your own transportation from the hotel to the Harborwalk dock in Destin. We will depart from the Harborwalk dock at 9:00am. Cost: $45 for Adults and $35 for children (ages 4-12). You must pre-register for this event.
GOLF TOURNAMENT - TUESDAY, JUNE 21 The golf tournament will be on Tuesday morning with an 8:30 am shotgun start at The Baytowne Golf Course. Cost is $150 per person. Fees include green fee, cart, range balls and refreshments. Participants should take their own vehicles to the course. Awards will be presented at the banquet on Tuesday evening.
CARTOONS BY DEANO - TUESDAY, JUNE 21 (caricature artist) will once again be on hand to sketch your kiddos and/or your family’s picture in the Hospitality Suite on Tuesday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.
CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT - TUESDAY, JUNE 21 Grab a partner and head to the beach for some fun and friendly competition!! The tournament is on Tuesday afternoon starting at 3:00 pm. Be sure to mark this on your registration form if you plan to play so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
BANQUET & BINGO NIGHT - TUESDAY, JUNE 21 Join us from 6:30 to 10:00 pm on Tuesday evening for a fun evening of cocktails, awards, dinner and Bingo! (great prizes). Don’t miss this family friendly event!
CAAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING - WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22 Join us for breakfast at 8:30 am and the meeting will start at 9:00 am. We will close with door prizes.
Members with rooms registered in our group room block will receive a 10% discount at the Serenity of the Sea Spa, excluding merchandise and packages.
Members with rooms registered in our group room block will receive a discount rate of $40 for daily beach/umbrella rentals, Sunday - Wednesday.
