REGISTRATION: Members must register to participate at the convention. Full registration fees include the Hospitality Suite on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, Educational Sessions on Thursday morning, Family Fun Fest/Beach activities and Corn Hole Tournament on Thursday afternoon, the Volleyball Tournament on the beach Friday afternoon, and the Banquet & Bingo Night on Friday evening. Please indicate the number of adults and children attending the events as requested on the registration form so appropriate arrangements can be made. The Deep Sea Fishing Trip, Snorkeling/Shelling Excursion and Golf Tournament on Friday will be additional fees. Deadline to register for the convention is May 24, 2024.
CANCELLATIONS: There will be a $100.00 administrative fee for all registration cancellations. Cancellations must be made by May 29, 2024 to receive a refund, after that date all fees are forfeited.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES & BENEFITS
Sponsorship allows you the opportunity to get your company’s name in front of industry leaders and decision makers. Sponsor benefits are convention sign, recognition in the Program, recognition at convention event (if applicable), logo displayed on Sponsor page on the website and recognition in the Newsletter. Sponsorships available on page 6. Deadline for sponsorships is May 13th.
Sponsorships of $500 or more provide the opportunity for a table top exhibit on Thursday morning, June 13th at the Technical Sessions. Sponsors are welcome to exhibit their products, services and latest technologies. The table top exhibit will be a 6 ft. skirted table and 2 chairs. Set up time will be at 7:00 am with exhibits opening at 7:30 am during breakfast. The Technical Sessions are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

HOSPITALITY SUITE - WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY, JUNE 12-14
The Hospitality Suite will be located in a poolside room and will be open on Wednesday, June 12th from 1:00 to 5:00pm, Thursday, June 13th from 10:00am to 5:00pm and Friday, June 14th from 10:00am to 5:00pm. We will offer snacks, water, soft drinks, and beer. Please note that the Florida drinking age is 21. Sandwiches will be provided for lunch on Thursday and Friday on a first come first served basis.
BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA SETS - WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY, JUNE 12-14
We will have several sets of beach chairs reserved and available for LCA & ARMCA members and their families on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the convention. First come, first served. Please be kind and share the chairs!
WELCOME RECEPTION - WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12
The Welcome Reception will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00pm on the deck by the Spa Tower pool. Come and enjoy some great food and cocktails while visiting with your friends and colleagues. In case of rain, the event will be moved inside.
FAMILY SAND CRAB HUNT - WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12
Come meet us immediately after the Welcome Reception on the patio of our Hospitality Suite then we will head down to the beach. We will have nets and buckets available. Be sure to bring your own light.
EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS - THURSDAY, JUNE 13
The Educational Sessions on Thursday morning, from 8:00am to 12:00pm are for LCA and ARMCA members only and will include industry presentations by DOTD and industry leaders.
FAMILY FUN FEST ON THE BEACH - THURSDAY, JUNE 13
Grab the kiddos and come join us on the beach on Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm for some fun in the sun!. We will have a sand castle building contest and other fun beach activities. We will provide cold drinks for everyone! All participants will receive a ticket for a free scoop of ice cream from Picnix.
CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT - THURSDAY, June 13
Grab a partner and head to the beach for some fun and friendly competition!! The tournament is on Thursday afternoon starting at 3:00 pm. Be sure to mark this on your registration form if you plan to play so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
DINNER ON YOUR OWN - THURSDAY, JUNE 13
DEEP SEA FISHING TRIP- FRIDAY, JUNE 14 (5:30am -12:00pm) Subject to change
We are working to put together an off shore fishing trip. We will have more details soon. We are estimating the cost to be about $350 per person. You will be responsible for your own transportation from the hotel to the marina.
SNORKELING/SHELLING EXCURSION - FRIDAY, JUNE 14 (8:00am -12:00pm)
Join us for a three (3) hour 2-stop snorkeling excursion on a Coast Guard approved pontoon boat along the shores of the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. You will be responsible for your own transportation from the hotel to the Harborwalk dock in Destin. We will depart from the Harborwalk dock at 9:00am. You must pre-register for this event.
GOLF TOURNAMENT - FRIDAY, JUNE 14
The golf tournament will be on Friday morning with an 8:00 am shotgun start. Fees include green fee, cart, range balls and refreshments. Participants should take their own vehicles to the course. Awards will be presented at the banquet on Friday evening.
CARTOONS BY DEANO - FRIDAY, JUNE 14 (caricature artist) will once again be on hand to sketch your kiddos and/or your family’s picture in the Hospitality Suite on Friday from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
LADOTD Q&A PANEL - FRIDAY, JUNE 14

LCA MEMBERSHIP MEETING - SATURDAY, JUNE 15
Join us for breakfast at 8:30 am and the meeting will start at 9:00 am. We will close with door prizes.
